Dean DiGregorio, AIF® is dedicated to helping plan sponsors in New England and throughout the country run their company sponsored retirement plan and educating their employees.

Unlike other firms that focus on wealth management, One Retirement Source was founded to solely focus on the employer sponsored retirement plan. A 4-Core Service Model of plan design consulting, fiduciary analysis, investment due diligence and employee education all coming from one source is what differentiates One Retirement Source from their competitors, thus the name "One Retirement Source".

Retirement plan knowledge and great communication skills are just some of the attributes that have been commended by Dean's clients during his career. Dean got his start in the early 2000's as a financial advisor at KC Capital Management assisting small business owners and plan sponsors with their company sponsored retirement plan. He then worked for over 9 years at Principal Financial Group educating individual plan participants on the benefits of their retirement plan. Having worked on both the financial advisor side and plan provider side is how he accumulated his vast knowledge of the retirement plan industry.

Dean has achieved the Fi360® Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation, which certifies a designee's specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process.

He is a Westfield State University graduate and was the starting Quarterback for the Westfield State Owls varsity football team from 1997-1999. 

Dean grew up in Melrose, MA and currently resides in the Merrimack Valley area with his amazing wife Tonya along with their two kids, Brock & Gia. Away from the office Dean loves coaching youth sports, golfing and spending time with his big italian family.
